How much does it cost to start sourcing with SourceToGulf?
A fixed USD 125 (AED 459) intent deposit. There is no product price list on this site: after your request is reviewed you receive one landed quotation in AED covering product, inspection, packing, freight, duty and VAT.
How is the USD 125 deposit used?
The deposit is credited in full against your order value once you proceed. If no order is placed, it is billed as a sourcing service fee for the work performed. The full wording is in the deposit policy.
How long is a quotation valid, and what are the production payment terms?
A quotation is valid for one week. Production starts after a 70% deposit, with the 30% balance due before shipment. Sample and design fees are credited to the first bulk order.
Who processes the payment, and is the checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Ziina, licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, on a hosted checkout page. This website never collects card details, no automatic charge is ever made, and a person reviews every deposit before sourcing work starts.
Which payment methods and currencies are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Ziina wallet. Ten currencies are supported in a web browser: AED, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, SAR, QAR, BHD, KWD and OMR. The link is created in AED 459; non-AED payments carry an extra 1.5% conversion fee and SourceToGulf settles in AED. Opened inside the Ziina app, payment completes in AED only.
Can I buy products directly from this website?
No. SourceToGulf is a sourcing agent, not a retailer. We hold no inventory and publish no purchasable SKUs — the 150 products shown are capability samples illustrating categories, MOQ ranges and price bands. Send a photo or a product link and we source it for you.
What will SourceToGulf not source?
Counterfeit or IP-infringing brand goods, illegal or restricted items, hazardous goods such as aerosols (UN1950), categories requiring mandatory certification without a viable compliance path, single-parcel dropshipping to end customers across the GCC, and one-piece custom printing. Private-label runs require MOQ.
