Before any order leaves our warehouse, we open cartons, count quantities, check for defects, test functions where possible, and send you a full photo/video report. If something is wrong, the supplier fixes it — at their cost, in China, while it's still cheap to fix.

Defects returned to the supplier at their cost. Only approved goods ship.

Common questions

What happens if you find defects?

We send you the evidence, you decide: supplier replaces, repairs, or refunds that portion. Since goods are still in China, the supplier has every reason to cooperate.

Do you inspect sample orders too?

Yes — especially sample orders. Your first order with a new supplier is exactly when things go wrong.

Can you do factory audits?

For orders above ¥50,000, yes — we visit the factory, verify business licenses, and check production capacity in person.
