How does your pricing work?
One landed price per piece — product, inspection, packing, shipping, customs and VAT included. No separate commission, no hidden fees. You know your exact margin before you pay.
What is the minimum order?
Trial orders start from around $500 — or even just samples first. Test the product and test us before you scale.
How long does shipping to the Gulf take?
Door to door: air freight 7–10 days, sea freight 25–35 days. Customs, duty and VAT are handled and included in your quote.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia? What about SABER?
Yes — all six GCC countries door to door. For Saudi Arabia we handle SABER registration for regulated product categories as part of the quote.
What if goods arrive damaged or wrong?
Send photos within 7 days: confirmed defects are replaced free with shipping on us, or refunded — your choice. Wrong items or short counts are reshipped at our cost.
How do I know you're not a scam?
Video call our office before paying anything. Every order gets a stamped invoice from our registered Guangzhou company, and photos/videos of your actual goods before shipping. Scammers hide — we don't.
Do you accept COD?
No. Orders start with a deposit, we source and confirm your stock, then you pay the balance before we ship. Payment by bank transfer, Payoneer, USDT or Alipay.
Can I return goods for non-quality reasons?
No. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Quality issues (defective, damaged, wrong item, short count) are fixed at our cost. If a return is agreed for any reason, all return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
