Every figure below is computed from SourceToGulf's live 2026 catalogue (updated 2026-09). "Typical landed" is the all-in per-unit cost at the category's median FOB and median MOQ — goods + air freight + 5% GCC duty + country VAT. It is the planning number; the calculator gives your exact spec.

How this benchmark was built
Transparent method, so you can trust the numbers and reuse them.
Data source. SourceToGulf's live 2026 product catalogue — 150 SKUs, 7 categories, last updated 2026-09. This is the same inventory we quote against, not a modelled estimate.
Rate model. FOB converted at CNY 7.15 per USD. Air freight follows the Cainiao model: CNY 68 for the first 0.5 kg plus CNY 45.6 per extra kg, divided by 7.15. Duty is 5% of the CIF value (goods + freight) under the GCC Common Customs Law. VAT is applied per country — UAE 5%, Saudi Arabia 15%, Oman 5%, Bahrain 10%, Kuwait and Qatar 0% — on goods + freight + duty.
What "typical landed" is not. It is a planning baseline at median order size. A real quote also includes supplier sourcing, quality inspection, custom/private-label packaging, consolidation and compliance handling (SABER for Saudi, ECAS for the UAE), delivered as one all-in price with no separate commission.
